There are plenty of people who aren't morning people, my fiancee being one of them. I, myself prefer to work later in the day, in fact I am just getting to working on my projects now. Having the flexibility to work when you want to and set your own schedule makes entrepreneurship that much more attractive.

Although employment may force us to conform to a specific time of day they deem to be most productive, entrepreneurs are afforded to work at a time we feel is most productive. Your setup is a case-in-point: you feel you are more productive at three, so you work at around three as opposed to 7 or 8 when you couldn't get nearly as much done.

Agreed on many points, Matt. I had a heavily-weighted 401k plan when I worked at a marine park owned by a beer company. ;)

Also, I will never be a 6 am or 7 am person. I just don't function as well at 8 am as I do at 3 pm. That is why I'm trying to market my services around those who need me AFTER their workday is over, ie afternoon/evening.
